With two decades of experience in commercial banking, I have dedicated my career to commercial real estate and small business lending right here in South Florida.
From traditional lending solutions to retail strategy, to management services – I have always prided myself on being passionate, positive and flexible in every leadership role. I’ve contributed to and successfully led large teams through the transition of several bank mergers and during many acquisitions, while always focusing on both maintaining and growing our client relationships.
Banking is in my blood. My father, Bruce Keir – a principal at Community Capital Holdings and partner in investor relations – has been both a mentor and major influence in my banking career. As such, I’ve had a long standing professional and personal relationship with each member of the Community Capital team – Jay, Nicole, Shannon, Joe, Atiba, & Eric – for close to 15 years. These strong relationships helped spur my transition from traditional lending to alternative lending, and I couldn’t be more excited!
