Randy serves as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Community Capital Holdings, where he is responsible for originating and structuring commercial lending opportunities and supporting the firm’s business development efforts.

With over 33 years of experience in banking and lending, Randy has developed extensive expertise in commercial real estate, SBA lending, commercial and industrial financing, and factoring. He is known for his practical approach and ability to structure effective financing solutions tailored to meet the needs of his clients.

Prior to joining Community Capital Holdings, Randy served as a Commercial Loan Officer at Centennial Bank, where he focused on developing and managing commercial lending relationships.

Randy attended Nova Southeastern University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
