Priding herself on being passionate, positive and flexible in every leadership role, she has contributed to and successfully led large teams through the transition of several bank mergers and during many acquisitions, while always focusing on both maintaining and growing client relationships.

Banking is in her blood. Heather’s father, Bruce Keir – a principal at Community Capital Holdings and partner in investor relations – has been both a mentor and major influence in her banking career. As such, she’s had a long standing professional and personal friendship with each member of the Community Capital team for over 15 years,  relationships that helped spur her transition from traditional lending to the alternative funding side of the industry.

Joining the Community Capital team has allowed Heather to continue her path forward in the world of real estate lending by combining banking expertise, industry experience, and creativity into a more flexible and seamless style of loan origination for real estate clients.

Outside of her professional life, Heather’s primary focus is being a mom to three children. She loves living in South Florida and tries to be outside whether it’s cycling, running, or just running her “family circus” which includes my three kids, husband, two dogs and a cat.
