Beginning her career in human resources and office operations, Reilly spent over two years as an HR & Office Assistant at a company in the iGaming industry, managing employee relations, office operations, and company events. She also supported the company’s social media efforts.

Reilly joined Community Capital Holdings in December 2025 as Operations & Marketing Coordinator, where she supports the company’s lending operations while coordinating marketing initiatives, communications, and events. Her role spans both the operational and marketing sides of the company, including loan administration, investor support, lead management, content, and business development initiatives.

With a background in technical communication, Reilly brings strong organizational, writing, and communication skills to her role at Community Capital. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Digital Humanities from the University of Central Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and holds a Certificate in Public and Professional Writing.

Reilly is also involved in the Broward County community as an alumna of Youth Leadership Broward and through her involvement with Business for the Arts Broward, where she supports marketing and events.

Outside of work, Reilly enjoys baking, photography, and spending time outdoors.
